Taylor & Associates has designed our organizational structure to allow multiple contracts to be managed with teams. Each team is comprised of a Senior Conference Manager with back-up and administrative support provided by Conference Coordinators. Senior Conference Managers are seasoned at conference management and also offer a wide variety of other relevant experience ranging from consulting, communication, hotel and tourism management, administration and human resource management. Administrative support to our clients is provided by a team of individuals all competent in providing a myriad of bilingual services including speaker communication, registration services, exhibit support and on-site delivery.

When a contract has been awarded, by assigning roles and responsibilities in this way, Taylor & Associates can assure our clients of personalized attention. Detailed intelligence regarding the meeting is shared so our clients can receive immediate updates upon request and workloads are also shared to ensure even coverage.
